Three Ways to Order :
1. Email your order with your name, address and telephone number (I will send you a PayPal Invoice)
2. Mail in your order with complete payment information
3. Order individual items from the website (credit and debit cards, e-checks accepted)
Direct Mail: You also have the option of mailing in your order with credit card information, a check, postal or bank money order. You will be notified when your order has been received and due to ship. Items will not ship until checks clear.

Shipping & Handling: All orders are sent via Priority Mail. Products are typically shipped within 3 business days. Exceptions would be that new product batches have to be made.
Important: Shipping Charges for most orders will be $5.00 for all US. (Unless requesting an optional shipping method.) When ordering more than one product, you may find excess shipping charges. (It's a Paypal thing) Please be aware that all excess shipping charges will be immediately refunded upon shipment of your order. You will always be charged the actual shipping amount and refunded the rest.
Foreign Orders: Shipping costs are for US orders only. All foreign orders should be emailed. You will receive a PayPal invoice with correct shipping charges to your country.
Return Policy: Please notify michele@renaudnaturals.com if you are unsatisfied with any product(s) or if something was damaged in transit. If you are unsure of how a skincare product will work for you, please request a sample size of that product or more information. A small fee of up to $3.00 plus shipping (depending on the product) will be charged.
