Begin with an exfoliation treatment using Chocolate Binge Whip Scrub.  Massage vigorously.
Shower with Chocolate Soap with Peppermint. Dry Body.
Apply Chocolate Binge Cream liberally to body. Wrap in large warm microwaved towel or heated blanket for 10 minutes.  
Apply Chocolate Lip Balm and Massage with Chocolate Bath and Massage Oil  and lay on massage mat for 20 minutes.

Time: 30 to 60 minutes, depending on massage time

Drink at least 1 to 2 - 8 ounce  glasses of water.
